HOW WE WORK.

After we have met at your property to review the scope of works, we put together a fee proposal for approval. Once we have been appointed, Our five-phase approach is designed to give you clarity, confidence and a seamless experience from start to finish.

Interior Designers

taking the brief.

The first step within our interior design service is an initial meeting at your home to discuss the brief of the project. This is where we discuss existing floor plans and we explore your style, vision and lifestyle.

Interior design floor plans

Phase 1. Concepts & floor plan.

We begin by exploring the best possible use of your space.

During this phase we will:

• Develop and refine floor layouts.

• Present initial concepts for each room (look and feel of the space.)

• Provide furniture, joinery, lighting and electrical layouts for review and confirmation.

Phase 2. 3D Model.

Once the concept is agreed, we bring the design to life and develop the

detail.

This phase includes:

• Presentation of a full 3D model of the interior.

• Sample boards and scheme proposals, including paints, wall coverings, flooring, kitchen and bathroom finishes (stone, marble, tiles, etc.).

• Detailed drawings of all fitted joinery for review and refinement.

Phase 3. specification.

After design approval, we prepare all the technical information required for a smooth build process.

We produce detailed specifications for:

• Hard finishes

• Sanitary ware

• Paint and wall coverings

• Bespoke joinery

• Ironmongery

• Lighting

These documents ensure clear communication and coordination with your contractor.

Interior Design FF&E

phase 4. FF&E and budgeting

We then develop a comprehensive interior package covering all furniture, fabrics and accessories.

This phase includes:

• Presentation of all proposed FF&E items (furniture, upholstery, carpets, light fittings, window treatments, etc.).

• Preparation of a detailed, itemised budget showing quantities, costs and order status.

• Placement and management of all approved orders, including production, delivery timelines and supplier coordination.

• Regular site visits to oversee specialist trades such as curtain makers, upholsterers, decorators and joinery workshops.

Interior Design - Project managment

phase 5. project MANAGEMENT and installation.

During construction we take an active project-management role.

This includes:

• Weekly site meetings and day-to-day coordination with contractors.

• Working closely with kitchen and joinery suppliers to develop and approve construction drawings.

• Managing the delivery, installation and final dressing of all furniture and fittings to ensure everything is completed to your satisfaction.
